Refund policy
We hope you love your goodies from Patchii. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Refunds
If your item isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Once you’ve notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs,
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may try items on as you would in a physical store, but we may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what is necessary.
- If you would prefer store credit instead of a refund, just let us know, we’re happy to arrange this for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different size or item, we’re happy to offer exchanges (subject to stock availability).
Please email us at hello@patchii.co.uk with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Missing Orders
If your UK order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate for you.
